I checked the update script. It's only adding the datetime fields and user_id's in every table. You could do this manually, you will only loose the changed/ new date and time values. These fields are probably missing, and could be added manually: pers_new_datetime datetime NOT NULL DEFAULT CURRENT_T...

Another user at the forum requested this because it's now more clear where born and death data of child belongs. First it looked like all the data belongs to X instead of A. Second reason: the relation of the children is now the same presentation as the parents. Name of father Birth data, death, etc...
